Do I need to have booked follow-up visits beforehand?
No. The Pre-handover Renovation Check works just as well as a standalone service, even if we haven’t followed the works with you before.
Can the renovation company be present during the visit?
Yes, that’s not a problem. We work to the same standard regardless of who’s present.
Do you guarantee no defects will remain after the visit?
No. We document what’s observable within the declared scope for each case; we don’t rule out causes without testing when testing is needed.
Does the price change if you find a lot of defects?
No, never. The price is set before the visit based on size and scope — it doesn’t depend on the outcome.
