We work so the build goes well. Not so that someone loses out.
Almost 50 years of family tradition in construction. Watching how the sector changed over the last decade, we decided to create a genuinely independent inspection: one whose fee never depends on what it finds.
For the serious professional, our work is a form of protection: what’s caught in time costs little to fix; what shows up two years later becomes a claim. We’re not here to set anyone against anyone else — we’re here so the owner and the builder can close the job with nothing left hanging.
Our commitment is the same to every party: truthful, impartial and honest. We don’t get paid for finding defects — we get paid for telling the truth about a property’s condition, good or bad.

Chartered building surveyors
Registered professionals, with over 15 years’ experience in site supervision and inspection. They sign the reports that require their speciality.

How we work with this network
What we always do
- ✓Every part of the report states who signed it; when a network professional signs, their name, title and registration number are published

- ✓Blind review: we don’t check who built or renovated the property before inspecting, unless it’s needed for the report itself
What we never do
- ✓We never inspect a property with any financial link to the team, published without exception
- ✓We never take commission from builders, contractors or agencies in exchange for recommendations
- ✓We never leave a finding without a reference cost: if something needs fixing, we state roughly how much it costs
